I haven’t actually given an update on my teaching for a while. A lot has changed – and is still changing! – but I’ve found a lovely base at Urban Sanctuary on William St, Edinburgh and am really content teaching primarily out of there. It’s really conveniently located in the West End but only a couple minutes walk from the middle of town, and it’s a lovely quiet space and very Scandi in design. I really love working from here, and everyone I teach adores it too.

I also see private yoga clients at a couple of Southside studio on an adhoc basis. These aren’t listed on my public schedule, so please send an email with your availability if you would like a class outside of my regular calendar and I’ll do my best to fit you in.

I’m finding a nice balance between teaching clients, being a mum, writing and working on all of these new exciting updates. Of course everything goes out of the window some weeks, but I think we’re getting into the flow of things, at least most of the time.

Tuesdays-Thursdays are my days where I’m focused on teaching and creating, where I see most of my clients and write. Lately I’ve been working on my new website and new offering syllabus which are such a labour of love. They’re taking so long as I’m just doing bits whenever I get the chance. I love how it’s all coming together but I also can’t wait for it to be done haha.

Mondays and Fridays are girls days, where Rei isn’t at nursery so we have fun together (mostly involving lots of splashy puddles lately haha), and weekends we’re all together as a fam. I prioritise quality time with my family Friday-Monday so don’t expect a quick email response!

So that’s life lately! Although I’m deliberately omitting any mentions of the mountains of constant housework from this post but trust me, it’s real hahaha.

Laundry aside, I’m starting to feel like we’ve got a bit of a routine and I’m really enjoying the balance 🙂
