Hello! As promised, I’m sharing a second yoga class video with you lovely readers today.  I’m spoiling you now!

This yoga class video is a 24 minute flow.  We’ll start with a seated meditation, before flowing through some Sun Salutations, and then find a dynamic flow designed to help your hips and hamstring flexibility.  We’ll finish with some standing balances and a guided seated relaxation.
