I blend movement, mindfulness and mindset to create an intuitive approach to wellness. Specialising in yoga, meditation and coaching, I work 1-1 with incredible people who are invested in transforming their lives, inside and out.

In private 1-1 sessions you will receive my undivided attention, encouragement and wisdom. I work with clients at all stages of their yoga or wellness journey. Whether you are a seasoned yoga practitioner or desperate to create a roadmap for achieving your lifestyle goals, 1-1 sessions are the ideal springboard to learn new movement practices, restore your confidence and up-level your mindset.
