I help driven but time-restricted people avoid burnout and optimise their nervous system through private yoga-inspired somatic work and coaching sessions, and teach those looking to create a yoga practice that truly supports them.

Over the past decade I’ve helped 1000s of business owners, entrepreneurs, academic professors and researchers, full time parents, leadership coaches, authors, doctors and more to regain their resilience, confidence and capacity so that they can get back to WHY they started in the first place.

Private yoga classes have been my passion since I started teaching yoga in 2015. I tailor every private yoga class to support your body, mind and lifestyle, inspiring you to feel better in every arena of life. Edinburgh and online.

GROUP

Join my deep dive masterclasses to learn about creating a home yoga practice, improving mental wellbeing, stress release, mindfulness tools and more. Groups are small, informal and friendly, making sure everyone feels welcome.
