During some of your 1-1 yoga classes you may learn breathing techniques to help you feel relaxed or yoga poses to help you feel calm and present. In some sessions you can learn fancy advanced poses (if you want to!). Other times we might really focus on improving your strength or flexibility where you need it most.
Whatever kind of day you are having, I will always tailor your class to support you where you are at and move towards your goals.

Where are private yoga classes held?
I mostly see private yoga clients at the gorgeous Urban Sanctuary in central Edinburgh, and also work out of a couple of studios in Southside. Online yoga classes are also available, and I work with incredible people from all over the world.
How often will I have 1-1 yoga classes?
I generally work with clients at the same time every week or fortnight and offer a monthly membership so you can hold your preferred class time. That said, I endeavour to work around your schedule where possible and hold additional spaces open for those occasions when you need to reschedule.
How much do private yoga classes cost?
One-off private yoga classes for new clients are £60 per hour. I work with ongoing clients on a longer term (3 or 6 month) basis through my monthly membership, offering weekly or fortnightly private classes with additional curated resources to support your body, mind and lifestyle.
How are private yoga classes different to a regular class?
Private classes are all about you! We work closely together on improving your feeling of wellness and achieving your health goals. Our classes are completely tailored to how you feel that day and what you want to work through. I love getting to know everyone I work with, so that I can fully support you to the best of my abilities.
One of my clients say she leaves our sessions feeling as though she’s had a stretch and workout, spa day and therapy session all in one!
What do I need to bring with me?
Yourself, and some comfortable clothes that you can move around in (yoga leggings, tracksuit bottoms etc). All props and mats are included.
My partner/friend/family member and I want to do yoga together – can you teach us both?
Yes! I offer “semi-private” yoga classes, which are the perfect way to get a personalised yoga class for you and your favourite person/people! These are for 2-4 people of your choosing, whether it’s you and your significant other looking to get more quality time, or a group of friends starting something new together.
