Over the last few blog posts I’ve shared a little of my own story — the version of me that couldn’t stop even from a sickbed, and the version of me that finally, slowly, learned how to. I’ve talked about what’s really going on when we can’t switch off, and why the usual fixes tend to fall short.
Today I want to tell you about Homecoming. Properly.
Homecoming
Homecoming is a high-touch 1:1 programme designed for purpose-driven people who are ready to stop running on empty, and start actually enjoying the life they’ve worked so hard to build.
Over 3-4 months (12 sessions), we work together weekly across yoga, breathwork, somatic movement, mindset coaching and nervous system regulation. Sessions are up to 90 minutes, and between sessions you’ll have WhatsApp support, bespoke resources and regular check-ins. It’s personal, high-touch, and genuinely unlike anything else out there.
Here’s what we work through together:
- Completing your stress cycles and moving out of chronic fight, flight and freeze
- Getting back into your body, and back into your life
- Understanding and shifting the unconscious patterns that keep pulling you back to default
- Reconnecting with who you actually are and what really matters to you
- Redesigning your life so that your wellbeing isn’t an afterthought
- Building the tools and self-trust to make sure you don’t slip back
The result isn’t a perfectly optimised morning routine. You’ll develop the quiet, lasting capacity to hold everything you’re building — without it costing you yourself.
