TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TRANSFORMATIVE COACHING

  1. Health coaching packages purchased are for the sole use of the purchaser and may not be transferred from the person for whom they are purchased to any other group or individual. Bookings are nontransferable
  2. The coach must be informed of any cancellations via email/website contact form.  Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full amount for the health coaching session
  3. Should the teacher have to cancel due to illness, the session will be rescheduled to a time to suit all parties

PRIVATE AND SEMI-PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES

  1. Single and block private passes purchased are for the sole use of the purchaser and may not be transferred from the person for whom they are purchased to any other group or individual. Bookings are nontransferable
  2. Private yoga classes must be booked in advance, and are not scheduled until they have been paid for online
  3. Block bookings are non-refundable, whether unused or already started
  4. The teacher must be informed of any cancellations via email/text.  A strict 24 hour cancellation policy is in place.  Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full amount for the private class
  5. Should the teacher have to cancel due to illness, the session will be rescheduled to a time to suit all parties

GROUP CLASSES

  1. Classes purchased are for the sole use of the purchaser and may not be transferred from the person for whom they are purchased to any other group or individual
  2. Classes, events and workshops are non-refundable, whether unused or already started
  3. Should the teacher have to cancel, the attendees will be notified with as much notice as possible

LIABILITY

  1. The teacher is responsible for providing the exact services offered on the website.
  2. The client holds the responsibility to ensure that his/her personal health is sufficient to participate in the offered classes.
  3. Any conditions (medical or otherwise) that may impact the client’s ability to practice yoga must be communicated to the teacher before the start of class
  4. The teacher carries out the right to change, add or cancel classes.  Such change will be always displayed on www.taliallen.com and subscribed customers will always be informed via email in case of short notice.
  5. By signing the intake form and/or participating in yoga class the client agrees with all the conditions and terms provided by Tali Allen Ltd.
  6. The teacher is not responsible for any loss or damage of the client’s private belongings as well as for any kind of injury before, during, or after the class.
