Hi guys! I’ve got a fun yoga video for you guys today. This class is just 20 minutes long and is based on a mandala style of sequence, meaning we’ll be moving round all 4 corners of your mat. Although we’ll be constantly flowing in this class, it’s definitely accessible for all levels.

If you have tight hamstrings then you may want a couple of blocks; otherwise all you need is yourself and your mat. Do let me know how you get on.
