Changes to The Yoga Transformative offerings
A lot is changing fast, and this is an invitation to help you find the calm amidst the storm. We may not always be able to control what’s going on in our external environment, but we can all find strength and calm in our inner world.
I’ve made the difficult decision to stop teaching in person until the worst of the Covid-19 storm has passed.
That does not mean that I’m no longer around for guidance and yoga! I am absolutely here to hold space for you in any way that supports you.
Here are some of the ways I can help you.
1. Online Sessions
Coaching Sessions and Private Yoga Classes will be held on Zoom or FaceTime. I may have some additional spaces opening up, give me a message if you want any personalised support.
2. Daily Live Stream Videos -Online Yoga and Being of Service
I’m also going to be doing Live Streams on Instagram and/or YouTube every morning starting in the next couple of days. These will be a daily 60-90 minute blend of online yoga, coaching, meditation, mantra and positive affirmations, breath work, self care suggestions and generally finding calm.
I’m still trying to work out the tech side of this but will let you know what platform(s) I will be using asap.
Subscribe to my YouTube channel or follow me on Instagram if you don’t want to miss out on my Live Streams. I’ll be giving more updates on my Facebook page too if Facebook is more your thing!
Seva is a Sanskrit term translating to ’selfless service’ which is exactly what I feel called to offer right now. I know a lot of people are worried, anxious and isolated just now, and I want to provide a heart-centred platform where I can support everyone who watches. It’ll just be an informal place for me to chat to you guys, and offer my insight and wisdom, in the hope that I can help others.
It’s Going To Be OK
I just want to offer you guys all my love and support. These are unusual times, but I feel like it’s a reminder to us all to come back to what is important, like:
• Better connection to others, which does not have to be in-person!
• Less ‘busyness’ and more rest and self care
• Slowing down to rediscover our creativity
• Putting our practices into, well, practice
These are the times when we need yoga and meditation and taking care of ourselves more than ever. Sometimes the things we need the most are the things we find the hardest to do, but that’s why we practice and that’s why we ask for support.
Gentle Reminders (TL;DR)
Reminders :
- Breathe
- Keep me posted on how I can best support you
- Stay tuned for my Live videos
- Breathe. We got this.
I am here if you need anything. Seriously, let me know if you want to jump on a call for a chat and/or long-distance cuppa.
We’re all in this together, and we can all get through this together.
Love and light,
Tali xxxx
