Hey guys! It’s been a couple of months since I last uploaded an online yoga class. Luckily for you, I have TWO to share this week.
The class I am sharing today is a really slow, chilled 30 minute yoga video. In fact, its so chilled that I invite you to keep your eyes closed the entire time. This class is for you if you are feeling stressed, burnt out, tired, ‘under the weather’, or just generally not your best.
This online yoga class will give you the opportunity to unwind, and to let go of your ‘external’ senses (hence closing your eyes!). Think of this video as a way to fill your well, to support your energy levels and nourish yourself.
