New Years Intention setting but not as you know it New Years Intention setting but not as you know it 🔥

As a private yoga teacher and coach, I mainly work with busy professionals, entrepreneurs, and primary/mental-load-carrying parents – all of whom have a jam-packed schedule that can at times struggle to accommodate life’s curveballs.

We know all too well that we need a plan that is flexible and dynamic to meet our crazy lives, so I created a system that allows for this.

Maybe it’s just me but I feel like there’s been a Maybe it’s just me but I feel like there’s been a huge shift from GO GO GO // DO ALL THE THINGS / hustle mode to something softer but no less impactful.

I’m guessing we’re all burnt out from growing for the sake of growth, doing everything right and being on all the time. And don’t get me started on the state of the “wellness” industry (I’ll pass on the raw meat thx 🫣).

The reality is, there’s always going to be a limit when we’re operating from that place - a timebomb ticking down to burnout. 

The journey I’ve been on has been a whole other level for me.

✨I used to slow down so I could speed up again afterwards, but now I fully embrace slow and (somewhat) steady. Ditch that rollercoaster - your mental health will thank you.
 
✨My success does not reflect my self-worth. I am a wonderful person and that isn’t conditional on anything that I achieve.

✨If it costs me my peace it’s a hard no. Boundaries, boundaries, boundaries. 

✨I dropped my perfectionist standards and learnt to be ok with good enough - especially for the things that don’t even matter in the long run.

✨More isn’t always better. Sometimes more is just more. 

✨Life is not linear; take time to retreat, stop or do less. Rest is part of the balance.

✨Healing takes longer than you expect, and it’s an act of surrendering over and over.

Quieter? Yes. More fulfilling? Absolutely 🩷

I teach many people from all walks of life on a 1-1 basis (and in group), but the underlying goals are almost always the same.

🥰 to connect to yourself - and feel more confident in your true self - in a lifestyle and society that often takes us away from authenticity 
🧘 to move in a way that feels good, nourishes your mind, body and energy levels, personalised to meet and support you where you are at, no matter the day 

The simple act of having space held for *you*, and to feel supported, with no distractions, stressors or demands can be life changing in itself ❤️

Hi, I’m Tali and I live in Edinburgh, Scotland, with my partner and our 3 year old Rei of sunshine (/chaos).

I’ve been teaching yoga for over a decade (2015!), and coaching for nearly that long too 🧘🏼‍♀️ 

I blend movement, mindfulness and mindset work to create an intuitive approach to wellness, supporting incredible people who are invested in transforming their lives, inside and out. I love this path, and the awesome people I get to work with 💓

Yoga changed my life long before that, and I attribute it so much of my recovery from mental illness. The “inner work” will forever be my passion.

The past 3 years have taught me soooo much. I’ve been in this perpetual cycle of letting go of so much of who I thought I was and, while I’d love to be out of the other side already, it’s been some high level healing let me tell you. 

I’m Capri ☀️ Aquarius 🌙  and Sagi ⬆️ , and a 5/2 projector if that is your vibe.

I studied and worked in genetics/research for a decade, and while those days are long behind me I will always balance spirituality with science. 

I’m forever juggling all the things, just like you. Let’s embrace messiness, imperfection and authenticity 🩷
4 SIMPLE ways you can reduce stress and self-regul 4 SIMPLE ways you can reduce stress and self-regulate today 🩷

🦋 Butterfly hugs - Cross your arms in front of your chest and (optional) hook your thumbs. Tap opposite sides of your chest/shoulder, one at a time eg left – right – left – right. Continue for 1-5 minutes. 

🏃 Cardio - 4 minutes of intense EMOM (every minute on the minute) with a decent warm up beforehand and long cooldown can help close your stress cycle.

🧘🏼‍♀️ Yoga / mindful movement - you know this is my main bae

📦 Box breathing - Breathe in for the count of 4, hold at the top for the count of 4, exhale for the count of 4 and hold at the bottom for the count of 4. Repeat for 1-5 minutes.
