Helping people come home to themselves through movement, breath and presence. Get out of your head and into your body - and your life.

Here’s the thing nobody says out loud: when the wo Here’s the thing nobody says out loud: when the world feels this unstable, your body plays it safe. It won’t take risks - not even good ones. Not the new job, not the hard conversation, and not the thing you’ve been meaning to do since January 🙃

That’s not laziness or burnout failing you.

That’s information.

Your nervous system is reading the room. And the room is on fire (climate, war, the cost of everything, and the one and only orange buffoon).

But a narrow window isn’t a fixed one. You can build enough safety to stand on, one small step at a time - some on your own, some with other people.

I wrote about how to start in this week’s newsletter. Comment NEWSLETTER and I’ll send it straight to you, or tap the link in bio.

Save this for the next time your brain says “absolutely not” to everything (and send it to the friend who keeps insisting they’re fine).

You don’t need more yoga. You need more connection You don’t need more yoga. You need more connection 🩷

I see it all the time in private sessions: someone who’s practised for years, knows every pose, and still leaves feeling depleted. Not because they’re doing too little - because they’re practising the way they do everything else. On autopilot, from the neck up and pushing through.

A nervous system running hot doesn’t need more pushing. It needs you to read it, and respond.

Try the check-in before your next practice and tell me - wired, flat or steady? 👇

My private sessions are almost full, but one-off sessions are open. Or grab the free Burnout Blueprint to see how stress is showing up for you. Both in bio.

Save this for the next time you’re mid-downward dog wondering why it’s not working 🙃

None of these are character flaws. They’re what h None of these are character flaws.

They’re what happens when your body thinks it’s still running from something. The clinical word is dysregulated. The everyday word is survival mode.

And here’s the bit nobody tells you: it doesn’t magically disappear once you know about it. I still catch myself mid-drawer-reorganise at 9pm 💀

The difference now? I notice. And noticing is where the shift starts.

That’s not failure. That’s information.

If this felt a little too familiar, Homecoming is where we work with it. Link in bio.

Or, send this to the friend who will relate a little too much 🥲
Quick myth-bust: restorative yoga isn’t a gentle s Quick myth-bust: restorative yoga isn’t a gentle stretch class.

There’s no reaching, no strengthening, no “feel the burn” (thank god 😬).

It’s props doing the holding so your body doesn’t have to. Bolsters, blankets, cushions - propped in so there’s nothing left to grip, brace or engage.

The goal isn’t sensation. It’s the opposite - giving your nervous system permission to stop scanning for effort and just... stop.

Because if you’re always doing (even the productive, wellness-flavoured version of doing), your body never gets the signal that it’s safe to rest.

This is that signal.

Save this for the next time doing feels like the only option.
6 months ago I launched something completely new I 6 months ago I launched something completely new
It was based on my own lived experience of the past few years - being completely out of alignment, burning out and losing my identity and subsequent return back to self.

I wanted to create something special from the gems that I’d discovered after being in the messy middle trenches for too long. And I wanted to help people who felt like their life was no longer serving them to find intentionality, joy and space for themselves once again.

It consists of the practices, life audit, self care, deep somatic and mindset work that I used to come back home to myself.

I called it Homecoming.

And - it’s been amazing.

I’ve supported -

• A single mum who has been carrying TOO much to carve out pockets of time for herself, commit to (sustainable) self care, deepen her capacity and be more present for her kids, work and self
• Someone at a big crossroads in her life to create an intentional new life path that aligns with her and her own clear values, that still gives her lots of space for her own growth and hobbies
• A woman going through an unexpected breakup to process grief in all its forms, now starting to rebuild her life with clarity on her own terms

Different lives. Same thread.

Each of them came in feeling stretched thin, running on empty and quietly wondering when life got so heavy.

And what happens when you build your inner capacity?

Not a personality overhaul. Not “just be more positive”. Something much quieter, and much more powerful.

You stop reacting and start responding
Rest stops feeling like something you have to earn
Decisions get clearer (and you stop second-guessing every one)
Your boundaries hold, without the guilt spiral
You have energy left over for the things and people you love
You feel like YOU again

Your life doesn’t necessarily get smaller or slower. You just get bigger on the inside, so the same life stops feeling like too much.

That’s the work. That’s Homecoming.

I’m opening up space for 2 new clients from October.

If you’ve read this far and something in you went “oh... that’s me” - that’s information.

Send me a DM or comment “HOME” and I’ll share the details.

That feeling where you’re doing everything “right” That feeling where you’re doing everything “right” and still feel completely disconnected from your own life - let’s talk about it (swipe →)

It gets called burnout. Exhaustion. Needing a break.

But for a lot of the people I work with, it’s something quieter and more stubborn than that: a nervous system so used to being braced, it’s forgotten how to come down. Zero capacity, even when nothing’s technically “wrong.”

I quietly launched something to work with that, not around it, 6 months ago - to my mailing list only. It’s been wildly successful, and more spaces are coming soon.

Where do you feel it most - in your body, your focus, your patience? Tell me below 👇

I didn’t expect to be the primary parent - and I’m I didn’t expect to be the primary parent - and I’m so glad it didn’t work out like that 🩷

Before Rei I was working nonstop, with a day off looking more like fake work (ie “I’ll just catch up on admin and check my inbox constantly, but not reply to emails because it’s my day off”). My worth was so tied up in my work. My self care game was strong in many aspects, but my lifestyle needed some serious work.

I did not expect motherhood to be pivotal in figuring out who I am and what I want in every arena of my life. Surrendering so much of what I DID was a portal that gifted me the understanding of who I was and who I now AM.

4 years of slow walks to nowhere, watching ants march by, day long adventures, drawing and (very) messy play has truly got me more present than 11 years of spiritual practices.

Chasing glimmers and doing self care in the cracks made me so much more appreciative of time - and the tools and rituals I’ve cultivated over the years ✨ Learning how much I need alone time to refuel - while having barely any of it - has been an edge that has helped me grow.

The relentlessness nature of parenting is intense … as is the love and return to simplicity to play.

I’m now rebuilding my life and my work. I’m doing things so differently - and it feels SO aligned. Follow along to learn more 🩷
